Cameron has survived three straight elimination nights on viewer support, so he is favored to reach Oct 21 without an elimination.
The visible record leans against an early exit for Tyler Cameron. He and Sharna Burgess have survived three consecutive elimination nights, most recently in Week 5 on October 13, when they were one of the final two couples awaiting the result and still advanced. On October 6 they survived Week 4 with the same judges' score as an eliminated couple. That pattern points to a public vote strong enough to carry a pair the judges place near the bottom of the leaderboard. Cameron has acknowledged the pressure himself, saying in Week 3 that he thought he was going home. What keeps this from being a longer shot is that the thing apparently saving him — the viewer vote — has never been published for Season 35, so the size of his cushion cannot be measured. He also ranks eighth of the ten remaining couples on cumulative judges' points, at 101 of 160, close enough to the bottom that one weak routine could return him to the danger zone. History offers both patterns: couples with low scores who survive on votes, and couples in his scoring range who are eventually cut. Structurally the window is short. The only scheduled episode before the October 21 deadline is Dedication Night on October 20; the next theme night falls a week later, on October 27. Unless Cameron withdraws or is disqualified before the deadline, or is eliminated on the October 20 broadcast, the market resolves against an elimination. Markets currently treat an early elimination as a meaningful underdog as well, and the strongest consideration behind the small difference is how much unmeasured viewer support Cameron still holds.
